More and more businesses with the help of software such as In design and Quark are now producing their advertising media in house. Most businesses now should have a website, even if it just a one page. Paper based and computer based advertising are both reliant on the quality if the images within them, and most in house designers have had no training within this area. Our one day Introduction to Photography workshop is designed to improve the standard of photographs taken and will help you understand the basics of photography. Better quality images will improve the effectiveness of your adverts and improve the sales through your online shop.

Each session will end with a group Q & A session. Each course will have a student trainer ratio of no more that 4:1. This enables us to deliver focused dedicated training that suit your needs.

Day One.
• 9.30am: Welcome and introduction to DMC.
• Lecture, Composition and "Seeing the Image"
• Photo Shoot, A chance to capture the beauty of sea and the Kent coast, whilst putting your new compositional skill into practice.
• Critique of the best images taken today.
• 4.30pm: Q&A /Recap session

Below are some of the areas covered on the course. Each workshop will vary slightly; this is due to our policy of adapting the course content to your needs. We supply a light buffet lunch and tea and coffee throughout the day.
